Connect Trust Center

Enterprise-ready security for every customer conversation

Connect by eBrandValue is a secure social and digital customer experience management platform built to help organizations manage conversations across social channels.

Account and access security

Mandatory two-factor authentication

Two-factor authentication (2FA) is mandatory for Connect users. A second factor adds another layer of account protection and reduces the risk of unauthorized access if a password is compromised.

Connect account credentials are protected using current industry security controls.

Secure social media integrations

Connect integrates with supported social networks through their approved APIs and authorization flows.

When customers connect a social media account, authentication happens directly on that social network.

No password access

Connect does not request, store or process the usernames and passwords used to access those social accounts.

Instead, Connect uses authorization tokens issued by the social platform. These tokens have defined validity periods and, when necessary, are renewed using the platform’s approved refresh mechanisms.

Connect supports integrations across every social network and digital channel we cover, including X, Instagram, Facebook, Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp Business, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google Business Profile, the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store. Integration capabilities may change in response to updates made by the respective platforms.

Verified Meta Technology Provider. WhatsApp Business conversations are handled through Meta’s official provider access, using the same token-based authorization as every other channel.

Responsible data handling

Connect processes the information needed to deliver the functionality each customer authorizes.

Data obtained through connected social networks is limited by the permissions and APIs made available by the relevant platform. It is used to provide Connect’s authorized publishing, engagement, monitoring and customer care functionality.

No data resale

eBrandValue does not sell customer data or social network authentication data.

Sensitive information is protected using encryption and controlled access.

Data privacy and applicable requirements

Connect’s privacy and security practices are designed to support applicable data protection obligations, including requirements arising under Turkey’s Personal Data Protection Law, or KVKK, and the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation, or GDPR, where relevant.

We apply principles such as purpose limitation, data minimization and appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data.

The specific responsibilities of eBrandValue and each customer depend on the processing activity, contractual relationship and respective roles of the parties. We work with customers to address the privacy, data protection and information security requirements relevant to their use of Connect.

Depending on the applicable law and processing context, individuals may have rights concerning their personal data, including the right to request access, correction or deletion. Further information and request instructions are available in our Privacy Policy.

Enterprise security assurance

eBrandValue has experience supporting the security, privacy and procurement requirements of enterprise customers, including organizations operating in regulated industries.

We work directly with customer security, legal, procurement and technology teams to provide relevant information about Connect’s controls and data-handling practices. This allows customers to evaluate the platform against their internal policies and applicable requirements without relying on broad or unsupported compliance claims.

Security documentation requests

For security documentation, a security questionnaire or a vendor security review, contact [email protected] and we will respond alongside your dedicated contact.

Cloud hosting and resilient infrastructure

Connect runs on geographically distributed cloud infrastructure, including Microsoft Azure.

The platform architecture is designed to reduce single points of failure and scale elastically as customer activity, processing requirements and social media content volumes change. This helps Connect support demanding enterprise workloads while maintaining a reliable customer experience.

Our public Trust Center focuses on the safeguards and operational outcomes that matter to customers. Detailed information about internal databases, processing components and infrastructure topology is restricted to protect the security of the environment.

DevOps, monitoring and customer support

Our DevOps team monitors the health and performance of Connect’s technical environment.

When an event requires attention, on-call DevOps team members are available to investigate alerts, coordinate the technical response and support service recovery.

Customers also have a dedicated eBrandValue contact who provides a direct line of communication and works closely with our technical teams when support is needed. This connects technical expertise with responsive, informed customer care throughout the investigation and resolution process.

Platform requirements and data-use reviews

Connect’s social media integrations are governed by the developer, privacy and security requirements of the relevant social platforms.

Where required, eBrandValue participates in platform-led data-use reviews and audits to validate its data-handling practices and maintain authorized access to official APIs.

Social platforms may change their policies, permissions and available data. These changes can affect the information, metrics or functionality made available through Connect.
